defense Beginner Tank
Immortal Shiba
The ultimate tank build. Stacks every defensive mythic for near-immortality. You simply don't die.
Overview
The Immortal Shiba build has one goal: never die. By stacking Phoenix (revive), Iron Will (damage reduction), Sentinel (more damage reduction), and the Shiba Snack healing skills, you create a hero that can facetank anything in the game. This is the go-to build for pushing difficult content where survival is more important than speed.
Core Skills (Priority Order)
- Phoenix (Mythic, S+) - Revive on death. Your ultimate safety net.
- Super Shiba Snacks (Mythic, S+) - Premium healing and buffs.
- Iron Will (Mythic, B) - Damage reduction at low HP. Triggers when you need it most.
- Sentinel (Mythic, B) - Additional damage reduction. Stacks with Iron Will.
- Shiba Snacks (Mythic, A) - Base healing skill. Keeps you topped up.
- Major HP (Legendary) - Big HP boost for more effective HP.
- Major DEF (Legendary) - Big DEF boost. Makes Iron Will/Sentinel even stronger.
Supporting Skills
- Last Stand (Legendary) - Shield at low HP. Another layer of protection.
- Shadowstep (Legendary) - Dodge boost at low HP. Avoid damage entirely.
- Healing Transfusion (Mythic) - Converts excess healing into damage.
- Boost HP / Boost DEF (Common) - More raw tankiness.
- Healing Slash (Legendary) - Adds sustain if you pick up slash.
- Lifeblade (Common) - Lifesteal on attacks for passive healing.
Strategy Tips
- This build is the simplest to play. Pick up defensive skills, survive everything.
- Iron Will + Sentinel stack multiplicatively. At low HP you take a fraction of normal damage.
- Phoenix is your panic button — even if they somehow burst you, you come right back.
- Healing Transfusion is the secret sauce for damage. Without it, this build is tanky but slow. With it, your excess healing converts to actual DPS.
- In Raids, this is the ideal frontliner. Your teammates can go full DPS while you absorb everything.
- Don’t underestimate Shadowstep — dodging an attack is 100% damage reduction for that hit.
Tier Rating: B+
Unkillable but slow. Perfect for hard content where survival matters more than speed. In Raids it’s S-tier as a frontliner. Loses value in content where DPS checks are tight.
